Coaching Style
Penny's empathic coaching style contrasts between being graceful, gentle & creative to being strongly challenging and 'systems' based. She aptly & with tenacity will take a strong results-orientated approach or an organic approach to coaching, enjoying throwing away standard tools and coaching in a space where the only 'standard' is the desired outcome.
