Experience:
Andrew draws from extensive operational, development, strong project and programme management as well as consultancy experience. He has worked with blue-chip FTSE 100 industrial, commercial and financial sectors, so this means that he understands how organisations operate and what it's like delivering value. Over his past career Andrew has managed the delivery of many multi-million Euro operational change programmes for premier global organisations.

Delivering such large (and often highly complex) global change programmes has meant managing and leading teams, and Andrew has lead and managed high performing teams of all sizes, often made-up of highly skilled, qualified and motivated people. Andrew has travelled extensively and consequently has real experience of operating in global organisations.

Over the years that he has managed and lead teams, Andrew has developed a passion for growing the potential of others and seeking to maximise the performance of individuals and teams of people. His dominant coaching theme is to unlock peoples' potential to communicate with clarity and in building robust interpersonal relationships that enable people to raise their game and perform at new levels of performance.
